Terms of Use

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SnapKeep LLC ("SnapKeep", "we", "us") about using snapkeep.gg. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use SnapKeep

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Discord, Google or a one-time email link. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your SnapKeep account. One person per account, and no accounts created by bots or scripts.

3. Your content

Decklists, notes, sideboard plans, collections and match data you add ("your content") stay yours. You give SnapKeep a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, copy and display your content as needed to run the site, and, for content you mark public or match data you choose to share (sharing is on unless you turn it off), to display it publicly (public decks under your display name; shared match data only in anonymous aggregate). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for aggregate statistics that no longer identify you.

You're responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Magic: The Gathering and other sources

SnapKeep is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC. SnapKeep is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Daybreak Game Company (which runs Magic: The Gathering Online), Discord, Google or Scryfall. Card images and data are provided by Scryfall.

Metagame statistics come from public tournament results and are provided for information only. Match data comes from logs on your own computer that you choose to upload. Upload only logs of games you played yourself, enter only paper matches you played, and don't edit logs or make up matches; we may remove data that looks altered or that isn't yours. You are responsible for following the terms of the game clients you use.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on SnapKeep infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected], including: your contact details; the work you say is infringed; the content and its link on SnapKeep; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're authorized to act, with your signature. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Changes to the service

SnapKeep is free. We may add, change or remove features, or stop the service. If we ever plan to shut down accounts, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections 3 (for aggregate data), 5, 7 and 10 to 13 continue after an account ends.

10. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that statistics, decklists or calculations are accurate.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, SnapKeep and its members won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or tournament results. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0) or $50.

12. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using SnapKeep, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes to these terms

We'll post updated terms with a new effective date and tell signed-in users before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
